HOW DO I RECOGNIZE THE DRIVER?

Our driver will pick you up at the Gate at the airport, at the station or on the dock. HAVE I SENT A BOOK REQUEST, WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY VEHICLE?

WHAT HAPPENS IF GET LATE OR LOSE MY TRAIN / PLANE?

A surcharge of 50% of the original price will be added to the total price in case of transfers that involve a two-hour delay, or transfers that will replenish the whole day. SHOULD I GIVE A TIP TO THE DRIVER?
